The Cape Fight League brings premier MMA to Cape Town when
it presents its first production on 4 February 2012 at the Bellville Velladrome
in Cape Town. The event will showcase 13 MMA fights, including the main event
of the evening, where South African MMA legend Chris Bright (26-3) will take on Ian “Chucky” Swart
(11-6) in a rematch of their 2010 tussle at EFC Africa 3. Their previous
encounter having been won by Chris Bright via Triangle choke in the first round,
Swart will be out for revenge. CFL 01 will also host 2 Extreme Striking fights.
