El Grande Ultimate Power Challenge - 25 March 2012

On 25th March, 2012 welcomes its first El Grande Ultimate Power Challenge event. The event will see some of South Africa's top MMA fighters and athletes test themselves against the huge 700kg El Grande tyre. Rumours have already been circling about who will be attending the event. Among the names dropped was newly crowned EFC Africa Middleweight champion Jeremy Smith.

Last year's El Grande Grand Champion was Carlo Cignoli from team Hardcore in a time of 46.16 seconds. Second place went to JP Joubert from team Mayhem in 47.60 seconds and third place went to Michael Vermeulen also from team Mayhem in a time of 49.53 seconds. Lets see if those times can be beaten this year!
